What I’m reading (and working on)
The average company rolls out a new sales deck every other quarter. Product drop new features, marketing parlays that into new positioning, and sales has to convert it into revenue.
Every time a company I’m working with falls into this cycle I revert back to - The Greatest Sales Deck I’ve Ever Seen. It’s an outstanding framework that combines storytelling, product framing, and selling that everyone can learn from.
I’m starting something new
A couple years back I transitioned from a direct sales role into partnerships. There were many reasons I made the move - one of which was so that I could play more business golf.
In the last year I’ve only played two rounds (for work). It’s about to be the best time of year and I gotta get those numbers up.
So… I’m hosting 2-3 guys at my club in Atlanta on the 2nd Thursday of every month. We'll have a standing 3:00 tee time
